鈥滀笉鈥漣s pronounced in the fourth tone. But鈥滀笉鈥漣s pronounced in the second tone before a syllable in the fourth tone or a syllable in the nertral tone reduced from the fourth tone, eg:鈥滀笉璋⑩漣s pronounced as鈥渂煤xi猫鈥, not鈥渂霉xi猫鈥.
