Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi has again voiced Iran's opposition to US attack on Iraq, the official IRNA news agency reported on Thursday.
In a telephone conversation with his Spanish counterpart Ana Palacio, Kharrazi also voiced concern about humanitarian and environmental consequences of the attack.
The international community, especially those who ignited the flame of war, should feel themselves responsible for the humanitarian consequences of the conflict, Kharrazi said.
The two ministers also discussed ways of rendering humanitarian relief aid to the war refugees, IRNA said.
