	US troops open artillery fire on Iraqi army US troops on Thursday evening opened artillery fire on Iraqi soldiers near the border between Iraq and Kuwait, Al Arabia TV reported. The move indicated that the US military is expected to start ground operations in the on-going war against Iraq. Earlier, US and British troops were seen moving toward Iraq from northern Kuwait.
