 This is the report from Helsinki, capital of Republic of Finland. Finnish President Tarja Halonen started an official visit between November 26 and 28 to Beijing. She is the first European head of state to visit China after the 16th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party concluded, and as the new leadership of the Party are prepared to usher in a new and bright era. It is at the historical moment, the time that we are very much honored to interview her in Presidential Palace in Helsinki. She is also the first woman president in the history of Republic of Finland.
