Sino-British relations have been improved a lot since the returning of Hong Kong in 1997. And very soon, Another English program will be launched online together with China’s Ministry of Education and China Central Radio & Television University and BBC. This is a deal wrapped up during an official visit by Tessa Jowell, the British Minister of Culture, Media and Sports.
