Policy Update
New tax exemption regulation to Chinese and international businesses making donations to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games

According to the regulation, international and Chinese businesses which make donations to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games will get tax breaks.

The tax preferential policy was jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation and the General Administration of Customs.

This policy is also in line with China's commitments to International Olympic Committee
