While the per capita income in China has barely reached 1000 US dollars, people here are already talking about who are the richest ironically. Whatever the motivations behind the recent media hype, there鈥檚 at least one young British gentleman who has benefited enormously from the current fan fair.
Mr. Rupert Hoogewerf caused a big stir in China seven years after he founded the first rich list of this country. Right after his release, the Forbes also presented its version of the rich list this year. Interesting enough, there are huge differences between the two accounts.
