Brazilian forward Ronaldo is doubtful for the semifinal match against either Senegal or Turkey as he is suffering a thigh strain, Brazilian team officials said Saturday.
"Ronaldo is uncertain for the next semifinal match on Wedneday," said Brazilian team doctor Jose Luis Ronco.
Ronaldo went off in Friday's 2-1 win over England.
"I think we will have enough time to get him back on his feet," said Ronco.
Ronaldo, replaced by Edilson at the 70th minute in the match against England, will have further tests on Sunday.
"This kind of injury could take more time than one might expect to deal with," Ronco said.
