Today is the second crucial day of FIFA's extraordinary congress in Seoul and it's decision time for football's governing body. Will they oust sitting President Sepp Blatter and replace him with one of his sternest critics -- Issa Hayatou from Cameroun?
Blatter has come under intense pressure amid accusations of financial irregularities. In his opening address, Blatter referred to yesterday's astonishing scenes where delegates accused him of allowing only his supporters to speak at the congress.
Meanwhile, Chung Mong Joon, the Korean World Cup Organizer and a stern critic of Blatter, said in his welcoming address that while he believed the organization was in a crisis, delegates deserved to know the truth about FIFA's finances.
